MADAFLAVOURS was created by two childhood friends originally from Poitiers, France who became restaurateurs in the opposite parts of the world; one in the UK and the other in Madagascar

Philippe Roy, ex-chef patron of the Clos du Roy Restaurant in Bath (UK) for over 20 years.

Patrice Savigny, who lived for 20 years in Madagascar and married to Odile, a local Malagasy girl with a family connection to the Sambava the home of the best Vanilla production in Madagascar.

This unique connection allows us to have full control of all the production and the shipping process, offering you the best quality vanilla at highly competitive prices.

We are passionate about supporting our producers. Offering our small farmers direct access to an export market, thereby improving their financial security. MADAFLAVOURS is focused on assisting local communities, including plans to help with the education of young people.
